  hello, i am new and i feel soooo wrong about being here.

  anyway i am an m.s and have been disillusioned ever since the new understanding that came out in october.

  i have read many things on this board that i have and also have not thought about.

  msconcerned, in reality haven't the GB been functioning as the FDS all along? Now that they make it official, why does it bother you? Doesn't it make sense?

  You're concerned with 1914 and 1975? Why? Why are you focusing backward? Remember the wife of Lot. The most important things are happening now and in the future.

  Are we on the brink of another world war?

  i don't want to be an alarmist or anything... .

  but i read this article in the economist today that argued it is only a matter of time until china and japan exchange shots over some small islands in between the two countries, it could escalate to full scale war, and the united states is treaty bound to come to aid of japan.

  on top of that the united states is making diplomatic visits to various countries borderning china in a move that is viewed extremely negatively in beijing.

  The Statistical End Of The Disciple-Making Work?

  you guys with the stats feel free to correct me but it appears to me that we are within a hairsbreadth of the statistical end of the preaching work (as a disciple making activity).. if the world rate of publisher increase is 1.9% - and the estimated world population increase is 1.09%, then we are extremely close to the point at which the increase of the jw organization is entirely due to making babies.

  the work of gathering disciples from the public has ended statistically.. metatron.

  metatron, the angels are holding back the 4 winds of the earth for the sake of the anointed, not the other sheep.

  The increase in anointed ones seems to indicate that the last of the anointed are being chosen, called and sealed.

  ..."Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees, until after we have sealed the slaves of our God in their foreheads."

  Why are the world's anointed not called to Brooklyn to be Governing Body?

  when i was in the witnesses, and near the end of my time in.

  there was the whole new understanding, of putting non-anointed people in positions in the organization that were normally something an anointed person would be in.

  i remember them mentioning that the amount of anointed was dwindling and there needed to be people in these positions of responsibility, to make sure the work continues.. after this was highlighted and all good witnesses swallowed this thinking hook line and sinker.

  others have personality issues.

  some have doctrinal and prophecy reasons.
